Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Multan Punjab is the largest education board of southern Punjab which has the authority to conduct annual and supply exams of SSC and HSSC classes in the district of Multan and other adjacent districts. All the public and private schools and colleges in these districts are affiliated with Multan Board for matric and intermediate classes. Every year, thousands of regular and private students participate in the SSC part 1 & 2 annual exams and HSSC part 1 & 2 annual exams. 9th and 10th class annual exams are conducted by Multan Board during the months of March and April while 11th and 12th class annual exams are held in May and June. Written papers of both the classes are held earlier than the practical papers.

Multan Board takes two or three months to announce the results of matric and intermediate class annual exams. 9th and 10th class annual exams results are announced in June or July while 11th and 12th class annual exams results are issued by the board in the months of August and September. Position holder students are awarded before the announcement of results. Soon after the result announcement, the results are uploaded at the official site of Multan Board for the concerned students. Later after few days, the result cards reach the destination of the concerned students.

Supplementary exams of matric and intermediate class are held two or three months after the result declaration of annual exams. BISE Multan announces the supply exams results, also known as improvement exam or 2nd annual exam after one or two months of the exams. These results can be seen at the official site of the board soon after the result announcement of the supply exams.
